The Story of the Patch The story of the Aftermath Motorcycle Club Patch is a tale of great pride and an even greater brotherhood. Aftermath was formed in the beginning of the new millennium, (2000) after a break off from one Sacramento's largest and fastest growing motorcycle clubs. After tackling a difficult decision to seperate and form it's own identity, the 8 founding members splintered off and started what is now the Aftermath Motorcycle Club We wanted to create a club patch that bespoke of our journey from the past and our ambitions for the future. At first glance our patch reveals that it is unique and unlike anyone elses you have ever seen before. The bikers seen riding out of the mouth of the skull are all the brothers that escaped the nuclear explosion of different opinions and points of view. We like to imagine however, that the ones that didn't make it out are trapped in that skull of doom. The explosion was like a mushroom cloud which reached 100 feet in the air and formed what appears to be a Black Power Fist! Our club's motto "One Love" is the hundred foot cloud that sits in the eye of the skull. The fissures in the skull symbolize all of lifes little trials and tribulations. The red eye symbolizes that no one should mistake our kindness for weakness. We may be a hard working club, but we can go medieval on your ass if provoked! Last but not least, the glow in our patch; when exposed to light, is the illuminating radiation from the nuclear detonation. Without that glow we are lost in darkness.Aftermath will always use that glow for a lost brother to find his way home
